To begin your experience , we'll have a brief 10-15 minute consultation call where we will discuss your vision for the session. What is it you are envisioning for your session? What are you looking to highlight in this session? We will also explore the different offerings and collections I have available, and go over the investment details. This is an exciting opportunity for us to connect, understand your unique needs, and ensure that your photography experience is perfectly tailored to you.

SESSION PREP



Once you’re booked in, you will receive our session prep guide, full of tips and tricks to ensure you feel physically and mentally prepared. We will work together to pick the perfect location that reflects your unique style—whether it's an enchanting outdoor setting or the confines of the studio.

You can join me in a virtual styling consultation, where together we'll create a curated wardrobe and discuss the magic behind making your session absolutely unforgettable.

THE SHOOT



Get ready to indulge in the ultimate luxurious pampering experience as you step into the world of your session! Before the photoshoot, my team of professional hair and makeup experts will work their magic, ensuring you look and feel absolutely radiant for your session. During your session every moment will be carefully crafted and captured, tailored to your unique vision.

THE REVEAL



We'll come together approximately a week after your photoshoot to view the beauty of your captured moments. This is where you will have the opportunity to choose your absolute favorites, which we will transform into cherished heirlooms, like our Signature Album, that will be treasured for generations to come. Are you ready to witness the magic unfold!

How many pictures will we receive?

Is when i recommend you book! Booking your session 2-3 months in advance allows ample time for preparation, communication, and consideration of wardrobe options, ensuring a more enjoyable and empowering experience.

The minimum investment with Key Photography is $1200. Clients typically spend an average of $1200 - $2500 on their experience.

To book your session date, there is $500 session fee.

WHAT ARE PRE-PAYMENT PLANS & HOW DO THEY BENEFIT ME?

With our pre-payment plans, we offer you a chance to make your session more affordable and convenient. Instead of paying the full amount upfront, you can spread out the costs over time!

By choosing a pre-payment plan, you can reserve your session and make smaller payments in installments leading up to the actual session. This way, you have the flexibility to budget and save up for your experience without feeling overwhelmed by the total cost. It ensures that you can have the exact experience you desire without any financial strain.

Our goal is to make your photography experience accessible and enjoyable, and our pre-payment plans are designed to help you achieve that.

The pre-session payment bonuses are special gifts that you can get for free when you buy a collection in advance! The bonuses you can choose from depend on the collection or products you decide to buy beforehand. You can pick between 1 and 5 different bonuses, like extra things you can add to your order or exclusive additions to your photo session.

To make sure you don't miss out on these awesome freebies, remember to pre-purchase your collection and choose your bonuses in advance!

cancelation policy

If you need to reschedule your session, you can transfer your retainer once if we have a 48 hour notice of your cancellation. If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before your appointment, your retainer is nontransferable. If you choose to do a payment plan, keep in mind ANY payments made are non-refundable. HOWEVER, if you've done a payment plan & need to cancel your session, any amount paid, outside of the retainer fee, will be credited to you for a future session.
